It was an exciting evening at the rink tonight for one of DSC’s skaters. Myah Cacao Ewing received the Frances Glenwright Memorial award, for her performance this past weekend in NB at Skate Canada NS Sectionals, where she placed 3rd in the Pre Juvenile Ladies Event. The award was presented to her by Skate NS Chair Ross and Executive Director Jill Knowles.
The Frances Glenwright Memorial Trophy is to be awarded annually to the skater(s), (pairs or dance) whose free program in the Nova Scotia Sectional Championships is considered to interpret the music, with the greatest artistry.
