Helen Dawe Webb was the President of the Dartmouth Skating Club for many years and has been instrumental in making the club one of the most successful in the province. Helen’s contribution to the Dartmouth Skating club and her community was recognized by MLA Tim Halman at the Nova Scotia legislature on October 4, 2017.
